A little background about what I currently do: I help manage a team on one of our largest fintech accounts at Razorfish. I regularly run 3-5 projects at a time, each with teams of around 10 people in all different roles. I help hire, manage and train user experience designers for our team, as well as provide guidance and creative direction to all roles on the account.
